But what's your take, Tex? Seriously. I get pissed talking to other R on the web, because they're almost never honest in their criticism of Bush. We're not on the Hannity show here. He screwed up. Which is no sin. But to not make a course correction for FOUR years, in the face of the screw-up, is a sin. If he were the CEO of a Fortune 500, he would have been canned.
My take on what? You've not been specific about anything. What "screw up" are you referring to ... the Iraq War? You don't consider the surge a "course correction"?

AT THE TIME, that didn't think Iraq had WMD's? You can include the United Nations as well.

That's why 90% of congress gave Bush the authority to invade. It was a game-time decision. Monday-tuesday-wednesday-thursday-friday-saturday-sunday morning quarterbacking isn't the mark of any kind of leader.

I thought it was a pretty good list. At least no one was posting things like "Bush planned 9/11 then framed Bin Laden", or "Bush used Diebold to steal the election". Which criticisms do you feel fall into the paranoid Bush-hater category? I know that with many of these, such as Iraq War, people can obviously have differing opinions, but, for the most part, they seem to be reasonable critiques.

And yet very, very few of these countries thought it was a good idea to invade Iraq.

Congress is certainly culpable in this as well, but I blame Bush and his administration for being the instigators, and I don't mean that as a partisan attack. I am very confident that if Colin Powell had been president at the time, we would not have gone into Iraq. I don't think we would have if McCain had been president either.

In order of gravity:

1. Does not allow his daughter (Barbara, NOT Jenna) to pose for Playboy
2. Responsible for launching the career of Frank Caliendo
3. Iraq War
4. Refuses to encourage his wife to use teeth whitening strips to cover up her heater stains
