I wonder what Obama did to ensure wealth for his family. Usually, in these sorts of arrangements, off shore trusts and funds are established.

He's tied into Chicago with all its connections. But in addition to the obvious connections are some non-obvious ones.

Chicago is where the AMA has a lot of its meetings, and I believe in addition to the DC office, an AMA office if not HQ exists there.

Pharmaceuticals got bought off with a promise to future acquisitions.

Insurance being made the big heavy got their pay day some where.

Organized medicine got an agreement to forestall certain Medicare cuts.

Who else did he buy off?

What future contracts after retirement did he guarantee himself?

It must be nice to be a socialist with a big pay day down the road.
