You can follow progression of the two Ironman races via the internet at www.ironmanlive.com. There will be one in Nice, France and one in Coeur d'Alene Idaho.

They're all day affairs so interested parties, if any such person exists here, can check back all day long.
Best of luck. Do you trust me enough to had over name and age so I can follow?

Given that the race in Idaho appears to be a women-only race, I assume you will be in Nice, France?

I think the Idaho race is for women only at the pro level, but is for men and women in all other divisions.

Good luck Archaea. Just this morning while I was suffering on my own ride, I was wondering if your race was coming up soon.

I would imagine that you are more prepared than you think. Eat well, stay hydrated, don't drown and you'll be just fine.

I look forward to following your progress via internet.
