Sometimes I love my job
Is there any other profession where you get to have someone put under oath, under penalty of perjury, and ask them, "Are you sleeping with your boyfriend?"
This was kind of interesting today. I took the deposition of the wife, and then my client's (husband) deposition was taken. Both were asked how a property came to be transferred out of their name. Both said they had no idea. You don't get such bald-faced (and relatively easily proven) lies put on your plate too often. I bet the guys who own the property now are going to remember who sold it to them, don't you think?

I had another fun contact today. This is the first time I have ever had a potential client give me, unsolicited, her height, weight, and bra size (for those with prurient interests, they are 5'10", 160, 38DD, "all natural"). She was referred by her brother-in-law, who confirms the stats. Unfortnuately, I wasn't able to take her case, so I didn't even get to interview her in person.

of course, weight distribution could come into play.

According to her brother-in-law, her weight distribution definitely favors the upstairs.

DD doesn't really do it for me, bad proportions
and certain locker room statements probably hold true.
One guy once told me, anything shared with him were fine, A, B, C or D. Not an unsound philosophy. Natural and healthy is good for me, though I will glance now and then.
