Academy Award Nominations
Best Picture Nominees:
Juno There Will Be Blood No Country For Old Men Michael Clayton Atonement I've only seen Michael Clayton. Great flick. I loved every minute of it. Taut dialogue and a great ending. I'll probably get around to seeing Juno this weekend. I'd like to see No Country and Blood,,,and have zero desire to see Atonement.

I see Johnny Depp is up for best actor again. Ever since the first Pirates film, his name has become a staple in that category.

I've seen everyone of those films except Juno.
I'm trying to decide which gets the nod between No Country and Blood. In the end, I think it goes to Blood based on what will be remembered as one of the all-time great performances by an actor. |

I saw Atonement over the weekend, and it was very good. I've seen all the 2007 Academy Award nominees and would rate them:
1. There Will Be Blood 2. Michael Clayton 3. Atonement 4. No Country 5. Juno Not much separation in the top three for me, I could have ranked them as tie for #1. |
