Default 24

OK, so I bought season one of 24 on DVD the other day. Just to see what the fuss is all about. I hope it was a good investment. I have never watched a single episode.

We rented this a few years ago. It was very addicting, but I kept really wanting to slap Kim Bauer (y'all's beloved Elisha Cuthbert) for being so annoying.

After finishing the first season, we never really had the desire to continue the series.

I agree... watching the first season of 24 may cure you of any Elisha dreams you have had. She can be rather annoying in that show.

I personally am a 24 addict. I think it's a great show and like the format. I sturggled getting into it (like through the first two or three episodes) but after that I was hooked and watched the first 3 seasons in 2 months, and watched season 4 in literally 2.5 days getting ready for season 5 (I was also in bed recovering from knee surgery, not just being a lazy bum).

I like the show and am ready for this season. Should be a good one.

There isn't a better show on TV. It's not even debatable.
