Default CG Bracket results summary

TheShrutes and Zulu tie for first place, with Zulu being so confident in his picks that he doesn't even bother to pick the championship game.

Not one of the 19 teams pick Kansas to win.

Creekster beats me by one point, thanks to the fact that he didn't pick his Alma Mater to win their first round game.

Grapevine sneaks into 17th place overall, despite the Cougs not taking the whole tourney as he predicted.

Ahem. Remeber that you are talking about a top 10 finisher in the 2007 Cougarguard football season prediction contest.

And you should know that being the tallest builing in Clovis is no small feat. I'll bet Will Rogers never spoke to the ladies club in your town's tallest building.

Quote:
The 9-story Hotel Clovis was built for airline passengers who stopped in Clovis. Once the tallest building in town, the hotel hosted illustrious guests. Ronald Reagan read a newspaper in the hotel lobby in 1958. Will Rogers spoke to the Ladies Club that met at the hotel when he was on his way by train to Roswell.

Of course! How could I forget? You finished Fourth. Do you recall who it was that finished just in front of you, in third position?

Ronald Reagan once read a newspaper there? Praiseworthy indeed. Will Rogers never spoke ill of these people becasue he felt sorry for them. I am sure he would have been very nice to you, too.
