Finders fee is somewhere around 20% of the SAS person's
1st year's salary...
But you have to be on our list of preferred vendors... Seriously if you know a SAS programmer who's willing to relocate, have him/her go to Citibank.com and apply for positions in Risk or Decision Danagement Departments in Citi's Hoffman Estates, IL office...
