Talking of old guys I did my little 44 mile loop last night faster then I have ever done it before solo. I'm sorry but I had to share it with somebody.

I'd be imopressed if that was your over all average speed. (joke)

WHat is your max HR? Your average is 155bpm? I think if I averaged that for about 5 minutes I would pass out.

If I hit 180 I'm dead. I figure 170 is my red line so I try to keep it below that.

That is pretty good. I can never get mine above about 162 or 163 and when I do I am not happy abotu it.
