Default Well at least Ricco isn't trying to lie about his positive test

At least we don't have to read excuses for the next year like we have to most of the time when these guys test positive. Chimeric twins, bad A samples, blah blah blah. "I made a mistake" is semi-refreshing to hear. He's still an ass, and I don't know how sincere he is, but at least he's stopping the charade now and not pulling a Landis/Hamilton.

I agree with you about Ricco; I don't like him. Here is another articel where he is at least contrite for the effect fo his actions on his team and, interestingly, he notes that the testing may not be as good as we had thought.

"Since the Riccò controversy, the team’s title sponsor has withdrawn from the sport but the squad will continue to operate under the joint sponsorship of the Scott-USA bicycle company and Mexican meatpacker, American Beef, based in Chihuahua"

This is what makes me upset when I read about what these riders are doing. Companies are just going to pull out of cycling and never come back.
