Default Alpine Loop, Take two

I did the alpine loop today for only the second time. I remember posting the first time about stopping 15 times and it taking over 3 1/2 hours to summit from the mouth of Provo Canyon. 2 1/2 months later I made it to the summit in 2 hours 43 minutes and I had to fix two flats. I would have made it in 2:20 had that not happened!

Anyway, it felt really good to see the improvement come. I am really sad that there is about a month left of riding this year, at least in the canyons.

Side note. I really like the Y kit. It was my first time wearing it. I wish the shammy was a little thicker but that is it. the bibs are super comfy and the LG stuff is really put together well.

Thanks JL. I haven't done Squaw Peak yet, but I have plans to. Short and steep, right?

I did Squaw Peak for the first time last Saturday. It's a gut-buster. There just aren't any spots where you can get a break. I just put my head down and went slow.
