It's interesting that the French were so uppity about the Americans being in Vietnam, given that it was the French who got us into Vietnam in the first place. Idiots.

Romney's dad flipped because he went to Vietnam and saw how America was being lied to back home.

If Mitt was more like his dad he might be worth voting for.

For the reason you identified I think it was a silly choice of words by Romney, however true it may be.
