You're right. I am the lamest buckeye ever. My heart is just not into it. However, the propaganda machine has reached my kids. To combat it I started the following: If they want me to carry them up to their room when I put them to bed then they have to be wearing BYU gear otherwise they must walk up the stairs. Usually this amounts to them running up the stairs to get BYU shirts on and then coming down so I can carry them up the stairs.

I was noticing that very thing. I loved the black shadowing on the white numbers. Very cool.
In my years of watching college football, James Dye may be second ONLY to Reggie Bush in making punt returns one of the most exciting parts of the game. At that is maybe because I am pretty sure Dye actually returned more for TDs than Reggie. Where have you gone, James Dye? Cougar Nation turns its lonely eyes to you. Woo woo woo.

I'm not the biggest tOSU fan myself, but I'm pretty sure Herbstreit could persuade me if he ever had the inclination.
A fellow Longhorn-hater? I'm impressed. There just may be some hope for you yet, Trojan fan. |

Hey guys, could you stop with the pleasant banter. I'm sharpening the spines on my pitchfork and you all are drinking tea and eating crumpets.

He has no reason to hate Texas. VY decided early on in that contest that USC was not going to win. He then proceeded to deliver one of the great performances in college football history to ensure a Longhorn victory. It's something to be admired, not hated.

I have changed my avatar to the bonfire memorial for the TAMU students that were crushed by burning logs due to TAMU not having a great engineering program and not knowing how to properly construct a bonfire, may you all rest in peace.
Also no coincidence all of the students that died were white.

So close.....yet so far.... Still, one of the greatest college football games I have ever seen. If not the greatest.

but you are correct. Although a bit off-base in that "early on" the Longhorns were getting the crap smacked out of them. They looked sucky in the first half, and for a chunk of the 3rd.
