Default We are all pussies compared to this woman

http://www.badwater.com/2003webcast/2003report.html

ESPN the magazine did an article about this race, one guy stops and eats a whole pizza halfway through because he burns so many calories.

My buddy has raced against her.

A story or two.

She is the only woman to win some ultra distance running races.

One year she raced Badwater, probably in 2002, against Dean Karnaszas, a famous ultraman. He beat her, and she responded, "I would've won but I got my period."

She has taken more crap for that since.

So fast forward to last year. My buddy's racing her around Lake Tahoe. She starts in on these head games, telling him, "gee how many races have you done, you seem to be going out too fast. You look very tired how do you feel."

She sprinted away at beginning, but his plan caused him to catch and to pass her. After hearing his stories, he informed me, she is completely detested in ultra running for the classless mind games she tries to play. So at the end when he beat her, he told her, "I would have gone faster but I got my period."

I think in ultras a woman ends up having an advantage as she has more body fat.
