Default A little pedal whoops for Thor

I'm not 100% sure, but the way Thor had Robbie's back wheel, I think he could have taken the stage had his foot not come out...

I'm rooting for George but it wouldn't hurt my feelings to see Thor take it.

Can Thor climb?

I don't see Thor doing well in the mountains.

Thor is a huge guy on the tour. He weighs almost 180 pounds. You won't hear about him again after this week except maybe as the green jersey winner (though his run of bad luck seems to preclude such a win).

You're right. Thor is a sprinter pure and simple. He will be lost in the mountains.

Credit Agricole's team manager noted after the race today that they are more concerned about daily wins than having one of their riders win the whole thing. I wonder how much sponsor concerns play into this.

Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

Religion rises inevitably from our apprehension of our own death. To give meaning to meaninglessness is the endless quest of all religion. When death becomes the center of our consciousness, then religion authentically begins. Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith.
