Default 2 rides today!

i did an early morning ride with the guys from my ward and then tonight did just about the same ride with my club. one of the guys riding tonight was the president of the club or whatever. homeboy was RIPPED. he rides his bike to work from bountiful to the u. really nice guy and very helpful. i wish i had more questions because he was very willing to help me out.

i fear i'm just riding my bike to ride and i'm not doing much training to get better more quickly. i did make one change to my bike that made a HUGE difference, i raised my seat post about an inch to an inch and a half. it felt like there was more power when i rode. ha ha! i was nervous i'd be a little tired tonight, but having more leg definitely helped pick up some of the slack..

ha! 2 rides consisting of 20 miles a piece, separated by 10 hours and not too much climbing... equals a toy choo choo.
