Default both Piney and Pride showed great potential

and Viking is strong as an ox.

My buddy Sam was a little billy goat and I unfortunately didn't get to show my strength, which is the back half when everybody else fades.

My PT cycling friend said I could still do the recumbent bike, so I won't be out completely, though he did disqualify swimming and running. I will walk as well.

I didn't really know what to expect, but I was very impressed with Piney.. he's going to do a triathalon in Ogden this weekend. He's a good athlete in addition to being a cool guy. Viking, well looked like a Viking and he could have done whatever he wanted to out there and had a great sense of humor. Arch is a beast plain and simple... when I came around the corner and saw him laying on the grass with Piney and Viking standing near him I came over and saw Arch's leg exposed with the asphault ripping his pant leg and then the back of his jersey shredded from sliding across the street. I felt horrible for him because it was obvious he and Sam where going to destory ULCER. Arch, good luck with the recovery.. I know you will be back doing your thing full strength or not.

"I'm on my beater bike"

Translation: I had this baby custom-made in Tuscany using titanium blessed by the Pope. I took it to a wind tunnel and it disappeared. It weighs less than a fart and costs more than a divorce.
