Archaea is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Some things shouldn't happen

Having packed my bike for vacation, yes I'm a bike nerd who brings one wherever I am, I jump on the tribike which hasn't seen action since the last race some time in 07, around July.

Coming down the hill, something goes terribly wrong, with the initial sensation of a flat, but then something's worse. Trying to get from 30 mph to 0 while realizing the back wheel was not locked in, was scary, thinking, "oh god, not road burn again."

By some miracle, feet disengaged and nothing but checking one's jersey was needed. Note to self, after reassembling bike, triple check wheel locks.
