SeattleUte has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Default Let's make a deal.

The Supreme Court reverses Roe v. Wade, and the LDS Church reverses its condemnation of gay lifestyle, and permits gays to receive the priesthood and receive temple marriage. A better world would surely ensue.

We can keep the Rove v. Wade.

There are other methods other than reversing 3000 years of tradition relative to this condition of addressing inadequacies.

I envision the Celestial Kingdom as being the crowning achievement of moral relativism. Thanks for trying to get us on the broad and meandering path.

This is probably one of my most outrageous theories, but I don't think it's impossible that the church could someday do this. I don't think it ever would, but I wouldn't say it's impossible. 130 years ago, I'd get the same reaction from an LDS crowd by saying polygamy would end up the way it is today. And 80 years ago I'd get the same reaction saying someday there would be a black apostle.

Typical reaction, but I'm not a trailblazer. I have no idea what could be next issue that would be as surprising as polygamy or blacks and priesthood. I just think that it's possible everything's on the table for that next surprise or the one after.

And if you had said you were the son of God 2000 years ago, you'd have been crucified.

Hate to break it to you, but homosexuals receiving the Priesthood isn't one of them. Yeah I know...typical reaction.

Homosexuals do receive the priesthood, but if they practice it, they lose the privilege to exercise it.
