ute4ever I must not tell lies Join Date: Aug 2005 Posts: 5,103	How long can an uncooked pot roast sit in the fridge? I have a three pounder that I bought on the 24th, but then went out of town so it has been sitting in the fridge for 7 days. Is it still safe to use?
