It would make sense that Harrison had a co-writer...because it takes Tiiiiiiime...a whole lot of precious tiiiiiime, it takes plenty of time...yeah...to do it, to do it, to do it, to do it, to do it, to do it right...

I was wrong, per wikipedia:

Got My Mind Set on You" is a song written by Rudy Clark and originally recorded by the late James Ray in 1962.
A cover version by former Beatle George Harrison from his album Cloud Nine reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 in January 1988. Two music videos were also released for the song. Produced by Harrison and former ELO member Jeff Lynne, the song was his third and last solo US number one, after "My Sweet Lord" in 1970 and "Give Me Love (Give Me Peace on Earth)" in 1973. It was also the last number one single, to date, by any of The Beatles in the USA.

Victor Wooten is an awesome bassist. Here's Norwegian Wood like most have probably never heard:

One great one that I think is getting overlooked a bit here is "A Day in the Life"

Good for the dead guy.

Ironically, apart from the comical but never taken seriously Ringo, Paul may end up being the least loved and admired Beatle priamrily becasue he hasn't died.
If you haven't seen it get the DVD "Tribute to George". Some really nice work on there.

Re Ringo, I actually like It Don't Come Easy. That's Ringo, right?
