Default Terrorist cell busted in Miami.

Breaking news on CNN.

http://www.cnn.com/

Radical muslim group, planning on bombing targets such as the Sears Tower.

Scary thing is it sounds like these guys were some of the dumb ones. Wore black clothing all the time, stood guard to the house, ran exercises at night...

Glad we caught them, don't get me wrong, but I'm sure there are other groups in the US who do a better job of blending in.

How long until Reid and Co. blame Bush for this?

Do you suppose that on some PAC-10 sports website some democrat is asking how long it will be until they try to turn it into pro-Republican propaganda?

I'm sure there is.

The beauty of politics is that anything can mean whatever one wants it to mean.

I'll bet if this had been a thread on how U.S. Marines had killed people in Iraq, hoyacoug and the rest would be all over it.

But we can't be happy about catching terrorists on US soil now, can we?

Who's not happy about catching terrorists on US soil? I don't think I've heard anyone express that sentiment. It almost sounds like you are trying to tie this story into the debate over the war in Iraq. Is it your contention that apprehending terrorists on US soil somehow validates the war in Iraq or President Bush's execution of that war?

I'm just saying that no one responded one way or the other. Positive news gets ignored, bad news gets all the attention.

No.
