BYU with worst SOS in the nation right now

In my model, I have BYU's SOS at #120.

We've played #100 UCLA, #109 Utah State, #110 Washington, #111 Wyoming, plus a D1AA. Ouch.

#70 this week, should be a chance to show the nation how we do against a tough team.

So I take it, it's your contention that we schedule like this on purpose? Wyoming is a must (conference). UCLA and Washington ... did you have some crystal ball that they'd bee #100 and #110 when they were scheduled? And wasn't the D1AA forced on us (someone pulled out)?

Utah State is about the only intentional and controllable gimme on that list.

I believe we intentionally underschedule, yes. Bronco and Holmoe are very open that it is an intentional strategy. Most BYU fans are on board with this.

I'd love to know how Bronco and Holmoe could predict UCLA and Washington's SOS years in advance. I could make money with that kind of data.
