The city council in Ashland, OR can't seem to get along. The answer? A group anger management class of course. But here's the catch, it's a $37,000 class AND the bill will be footed by the taxpayers of Ashland. I loved this quote:

Though Kirschner's guidance doesn't come cheap, Ashland City Administrator Martha Bennett said the $37,000 is money well spent if it means restoring civility to the council.
"It may seem like a lot of money," she said. "But if the council doesn't function, the city doesn't function."

Seems like some recalls are in order.

i can think of 2 cheaper options. 1- make them watch anger management with adam sandler and jack nicholson; or 2- buy them the book "things i learned in kindergarten"
