Sophisticated analysis of broken axel
Why did my axle break?
I dunno, you either used too much force or there was a flaw in the axel. Let's go with, I don't know my own strength and used too much force. Okay, we'll go with that one. And sorry about screwing up your ride. So I get a free new axle but no new positioning in the race, dang it all.

I'll have to check that, but I've used these so often I don't think that was the problem but who knows now.
