A few years ago they opened a place in Denver where you could rent, for lack of a better term, shop space. Basically an upgraded storage unit with outlets and more light, cement floors etc. It was intended for artists and the like who needed cheap utilitarian space. Around the time it opened there was an article in the D. Post about it and the owners noted there was one renter who used his space solely to cut boards into tiny pieces with his table saw. Not for any purpose, but just to do it. I always thought that was great.
