Default BYU says okay if game goes into Sunday

The BYU softball team once walked off the field at the stroke of midnight and forfeited as a demonstration of their superior religious practices.

Byu football and basketball have played many times past midnight Sunday when 9 or 10pm when the game went long. I've been there in person before and seen it. An apostle at a ysa fireside once mentioned having a great time watching the end of the previous night's game on tv at the church administration building with several of the other apostles. Everyone listening in the marriott center knew the game went past minight, and therefore laughed. Whatever that team once did was their own decision and not school policy.
