I survived my comp
in Tampa Clearwater, more later. Had a good swim, great bike for me and a terrible shuffle, that's what I call running.

It was a good time, but I was on track for a very good time. Never satisfied, but at least there is hope at the end of the tunnel.
I just spoke to a trainer and will have my running to relearn to run. Apparently, I life my leg improperly, am too bouncy, therefore I need a higher cadence with more pushoff behind me. IOW, I run like a sprinter, using improper power, which during a triathlon is drained and not possible,at least for me.

Well, relearning technique is tough, but a great way to improve time in the long run. Good luck with the training!
