Seems like bad coaching and stupid playcalling are running rampant in the NFL. San Fran has the ball inside the 1 with 40 seconds left, and you take 20 seconds to spike the ball? Then you run it with no timeouts on the next play and lose yards. Then try to fool a team who is expecting a spike with a run up the middle? The linebackers were at the damn line of scrimmage expecting a spike, why would a run up the middle work?
