You are the most knowledgeable person about TAMU I know. Wouldn't that be like Mormonism adopting lesbian clergy? I can't fathom it. You? (Not to mention, TAMU clear over the there by Louisiana is half a world as well as so culturally apart.)

Why do you think the Aggies are clawing their eyes out hoping not to go to the Pac 10?

All they can talk about is the hippies, liberals and gays they can't stand on the "Left Coast."

They are desperate to be associated with the banjo crowd.

See, most A&M fans see their university as some kind of sleeping giant. Unappreciated. Huge potential. What they don't realize is that the rest of the nation seems them as Mississippi State.
