It's impressive that they can get them to do it. That's dedication on the fans' part if I've ever seen it.

I'd be courious to know how it was orchestrated - was there some sort of suggestion by the Heat management to do so? Was it radio guys making a suggestion? How about a few hardcore fans coming up with the idea and following through?

As I said, very impressive.
