some like it, a little mundane for me. Except for Cancun, Mexico would not be my first choice.

So for a 4-5 honeymoon where do you go?

I don't know what you like.

I would make it easy, with access to great places to eat, a pool, a lake or ocean and not many crowds, plus maybe something to do.

San Juan Island might be a great place to do something special. It's northwest of Seattle.

That would be more meaningful to me. You can fly into SeaTac and drive or there are flights into San Juan with lots of bed and breakfast places. You can do plenty there.

If cities are your thing, think Vancouver.

Thought about the Northwest, but figured I wanted something tropical.....Plus we have both been to the San Juan Islands and the Northwest, multiple times....

I don't know, we will probably end up in Puerta Vallarta....

PV, last there in 99, is very dated. It was old.

I suppose if that's your inclination, I'd head to Cancun or Cabo. If you two scuba at all, I'd head to San Felipe as well. Huatulco would be quaint as well.

Kauai?

Many other options.

You ought to consider Belize....especially if you are into scuba diving.

If you're going right after the wedding, you could just as well go to Malad, Idaho. You won't be "getting out" much.

Yeah, but that way, you can't come back to CG and CB and brag about how cool you are for spending hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars on your kick-ass sweet honeymoon.

Going to Malad is not how fus operates.

Johnny, if it would make you feel better to tell us all about your kick ass honeymoon to Pocatello, then I think you should go ahead and share. Perhaps it'll soften the blow when we get Fus's report. It is important to know that everyone gets equal time here on CG.
