If you have access to USAA through military I would use them. They are great. Instant trades and cheapest trades out there.

To tell you the truth, I have only tried two: Fidelity UltraService and ML Direct. Fidelity had a far better web interface and had better overall features for a brokerage account in general.

I've heard Vanguard is a good service, although I've never used it personally.

Plus its got "guard" in the title. Maybe they'll give us a CG discount.
