SeattleUte has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Default BM is unprofessional

BM doesn't get it. It's not about "priorities," it's about balance. But you owe it to your family and your soul as well as your employers to give all to your profession. A hallmark of a professional is striving for excellence in his work when he doesn't even feel like working. Nothing should take precedence over the next big game.

Barbara is right. Maybe he should be working at the YMCA instead of big-time college football if his profession isn't a top priority. But then again maybe he's just scared of failure and hedging his bets. Either way, he's pretty pathetic. THere's nothing I've ever heard about this guy that I like very much.

He has taken the school as far as he can. If we have somebody willing to take it further and capable of it, he should be replaced.

Would Leach ever coach BYU, you think?

Sounds like a guy with 3 consecutive 10+ win seasons and 2 back-to-back undefeated MWC championships.

I don't believe BYU can pay him what he's worth now. They limit how much they are willing to pay, and he's in the stratosphere now.

Compare the success of Utah, two BCS games, two undefeated seasons. Utah has similar resources, yet BYU continues to underachieve.

It is hit or miss whether the team comes prepared in big games. This season, it had three big games and was unprepared in all three games.

His defense was atrocious this year. Just atrocious. His recruiting defensively is subpar.

Underachiever or no, he doesn't appear to be a man hampered by a fear of failure.

So you're of the opinion failure sits well with him? Perhaps you're correct, he doesn't fear it, he embraces it.

That's cute hyperbole, but again I point you to his record which contradicts you.

Utah does not have similar restrictions in terms of talent they can recruit -- HUGE difference my friend HUGE.
