Gregor Mendel and endogenous growth theory

I read somewhere that Mendel almost certainly made up some/much of his data, because it is "too perfect." Today, that would be considered fraud. However, he is not held to modern standards.

The climate scientists on the other hand....

He chucked out the crazy data and just assumed those particular peas were contaminated.
