I'm actually not sure if that is an improvement or not. I think it is.
If it is an improvement, perhaps related to a decreasing admission percentage? BYU is also the cheapest of all the national universities. |

It is a very good ranking. It would be second highest in the Big 12 behind Texas IIRC.
