I'll be arriving in Vegas Friday Night with the GF and will be leaving Sunday morning.

We'll likely hit In n Out Burger Fri night and then Cheesecake Factory (not my choice) in the afternoon with some friends before the game, but after the game I'd like to try a place I've never been to before.

Where are some places in Vegas that would be recommended?

Seafood is not an option as it makes me ill.

I'm thinking of hitting up the Bellagio Buffet,,,but hear it's ridiculously expensive. Any thoughts?

Archaea treated my wife and I to a good Italian place. It was for lunch, but I can't imagine it wouldn't be good for dinner.

I did a little write up of Rosemary's. It is quite good and you don't have to traipse through a smoky casino to eat there. New American menu, specialized patissier, and prime beef.

It is more of a full meal, so if you are doing the In and Out thing, this is not a good place to go. If you want a really nice evening together, this would be a good one.

Not a fan of all the knock-offs, but there are loads of them in the hotels where you can likely also get a really good meal.

Rosemary's is good but not many wish to travel to the west side of town. You can go to his place at the casino as well.

The decor is different at the casino one, and thus, the ambiance is different. The one on Sahara (is it Sahara?) is small. I kind of like that. Also, the husband/wife combo seem to work the original and leave the casino one alone more often than not--at least that is what I was told when we went.

Nevertheless, I would assume that the food is comparable at the casino. Probably still a pretty good meal. Sans alc, you are looking at about $70-100 bones for a night out with the wife...or GF.

I personally love Del Fresco's Double Eagle Steakhouse on Paradise. But, it is also $$$$. Instead of Cheesecake Factory see if you cant convince the GF to try Grand Lux Cafe. It is owned by the same company and I enjoy it more than Cheesecake Factory. For Breakfast hit The Egg and I. The stuffed french toast is amazing and the potatoes are awesome.

If you could narrow down your price range I could recommend some more. I also will not have the ilocal secret hot spots like Archaea, just the high end dinner spots I end up at because whenever I am in Vegas it is on the Company and I take full advantage of that.

The Venetian. Very Reasonable and it is quite good.
