One of my friends, who is not a Mormon, asked me whether it was a thing in Mormonism where a man could stick his penis into a woman's vagina, but not move, and they could say that was okay and they are still virgins.

So this was apparently part of the dialogue and story in Alpha House, starring John Goodman. Amazon series. One of the characters is a Mormon politician who comes across as gay, but claims he isn't. And his daughter is the one who claimed the above theory.

I told him that was not a trope in Mormonism.
