This reminds me. They filmed several episodes of Knight Rider in my town when I was a kid. You'd find out at school where they were filming that day, then after school all of us would get on our bikes and ride like mad to get there while they were still filming. Was his name KITT? I always thought it was K.I.T, as in "Keep In Touch," signifying the bond between man and car. I always thought that whole show was a metaphor showing the love man has had for his car through the ages.
