Hey - I'm just saying, on the list of issues that impact games, Star Treatment should be pretty low on it. I doubt it amounts to more than a foul or two difference, and averages less than a point a game. 99.9% of NBA games' outcomes are unaffected by it.

Oh, I'll most certainly take action over word in nearly every case, if you give the guy a chance to consider his position & a reasonable amount of time to come to a conclusion...

In other words, Pop's initial reaction to the ref (and we're assuming here that he's talking to the ref about that specific issue) personally is not very persuasive for me.


Granted, if he were to talk to the ref, in private, today, I'd consider that conversation to be more indicative of his true feelings than what he said publicly.

There's no way in hell Utah wins the conference and goes back to the BCS this year. BYU is way too good.
