I rooted for them when they were still the Anaheim Amigos.

You must be a bandwagon fan.

I am willing to bet that Norcal was a huge Kings fan back in 2000 during the Kings-Lakers rivalry. As soon as the Kings started to plummet to mediocrity and GS upset Dallas he was on the bandwagon.

I was in the Bay Area during the Warriors run and I have lived in the Bay area in the past, you could not pay someone to admit they were a Warriors fan. Since Run TMCs last game the Warriors fans have been non-existent.

Let me add that I do have a right to run smack in this thread according to TD, because since I was a whipper snapper I have been a Spurs fan.

Truthfully, my definition is mostly self serving, because as a fan of the Lakers, it allows me to make fun of all other teams except the Celtics. Not a bad system. Too bad the Celts are primed for a Finals run this year...

BTW, are the Jazz still wearing those WNBA-blue uniforms?
Yawn.

Does Golden State still think it is relevant?

Maybe a good run, but certainly not a championship.

Another moronic post by the junkie. I have been a GS fan since the early 80's dumbass. Back in the days of Purvis Short, Bernard King, World B. Free, etc.

You lived in the Bay Area? LOL Guess you didn't learn much. Anyone who knows anything about the NBA will tell you GS has some of the best fans in the league. Were the games always sellouts during the bad years? Was everyone sportin' their W's gear? Of course not. Then again, this isn't Utah, where we have only one major pro sports team in the entire freaking state! We have SIX major pro sports teams in the Bay Area alone.

That explains everything.

So sorry to have wasted your time discussing this.

Six major pro teams and they all suck. How proud you must be.

Nonsense. The people that make up idiotic rules like this are fans of teams that have ZERO titles.

LMAO!! Suckiness comes and goes Yewt boy, but the fact that you have one real pro team will remain. It must really suck when your whole pro sports fandom revolves around one freaking franchise.
