Default This hearing is absolutely mesmerizing.

The opening statement is basically calling Clemens a liar.

So Pettit has now testified to the effect that Clemens told him that Clemens used HGH, and that Pettit related as such to Pettit's wife.

So we are to believe that McNamee and Pettit are lying, and that while Clemens WIFE used HGH, Clemens didn't.

Hard to swallow.

I think Clemens is going to prison, if he keeps up on this line. Does intrade have any betting on this?

If this keeps up, there could be a real-life longest yard type situation for Baseball....Clemmens, Tejhada, Bonds, etc...

Clemens is struggling. Or maybe I'm biased because he is a t-sip.

he is. he says if I said those things why wouldn't petite come and talk to me about the usage of it before he took HGH? Well if petite thought he heard that clemens, why did he not come to you? That did not make any sense and he is reaching at this point.

McNamee is relatively, if not completely, full of crap. I don't believe anyone. Nice explanations for warehousing gauze and needles and the Canseco BBQ.

WHo is this Burton clown? WHile McNamee is not a great witness, CLemens story seems very implausible to me. Why does Burton push so hard to help Clemens? Is Clemens from Indiana?

Pettite saved the day for me. Without him it's a he said/he said between 2 liars. But Pettites testimony makes Clemens look really, really bad. For the first time in my life I'll say thanks to a Yankee.
