Default PiYo Pilates

I really need to solve my occasional lower back pain when I ride before Lotoja so I'm trying new things and yesterday was PiYo pilates. The instructor was a least six months pregnant and she kicked my ass. It was pretty humbling. If you want to strengthen your core this is pretty good.
