Ultegra should be fine, you won't need a Dura Ace upgrade.

And you'll survive with a 105, but there is a big difference between 105 and Ultegra parts. Not so big between Ultegra and Dura Ace.

If you are do it yourselfer, then you won't need much help, but being friendly with the bike geeks never hurts.
