Default Only sixty today, unlike Goose who's doing some monster rides

But it was fun. A bad day on the bike beats a good day at work.

I ran 3 miles. I figure that's about equal to a 60 mile ride.

Probably given your superior abilities. We also ran six afterwards to burden ourselves further. I kinda feel I wimped out as I could have taken my buddy home for an extra thirty. However, with no sleep last night I was feeling it.

48 miles for me today. If we do that ULCER I just want to be in good enough shape to hang on to Archaea's wheel.

You're the veteran. You're our Lance Armstrong and Creekster is our Bernard Hinault.

I'm just a wannabe fan.

I did 50 miles with several decent climbs in 2 hrs and 35 minutes.
Preparing to break 5 hours at Ulcer.

Good I will sit on your wheel, you're younger and stronger.

If Creek, Viking and you pull me together with my young ringer I'm bringing with me, I can do it.

I'm more of a Sean Yates. Can stay out front for an extended period of time but when the road goes up I fall back.
