49 miles for me, with plenty of hills. The last 17 miles were on a slight downgrade, probably 1-2%. A couple of stronger riders in our group dragged us along at about 35 mph the entire way (I had to be in my car on the way home in 40 minutes or else). My HR was between 173-181 in their draft.

Dang, I only went 30 yesterday, all I have time for and my legs felt like lead when I went on my 4 mile run this morning.

In my defense I did climb 4000 ft or so in that 30 miles. Actally it was a 15 miles uphill and 15 miles down at terrifying speeds. The part that killed me was gaining 1500 ft in 3 miles, it was full on granny gear action at 6-7 mph.
