Bingo. It seems that every empty lot and chunk of agricultural land was under development last year. Now they all sit empty. With some of them the curb and gutter is half-finished. Some are half full of big McMansions; almost all are spec homes and they are in various stages of completion. As I drive around I wonder how any of the banks will survive.
