tough question.

five or six sets of running shoes, two sets of cycling shoes, hunting boots, cowboy boots, seven to eight pairs of dress shoes, a couple of pairs of kick around shoes and probably some I forgot. They all look like shit by now.

I do have Crocs, but not yellow.

By the time we were done we figured out I have eight pair of black heels that I wear, and three more that I don't. Flash is trying to argue that this is excessive.
I'm pretty sure that my wife and I have had conversations to this effect. She is at least in the 31-50 range, if not in the over 50 range.

They're some soft calf leather, which are about as comfortable as cowboy boots are, not very. I don't even know if they're riding boots or walking boots, as only my father can inform me how to tell the difference. He usually orders some custom ostrich out of San Antonio, but a lot of money for something I don't wear never made any sense to me.

You are some high maintenance dudes.
- 2 dress shoes (1 brown 1 black) for work/church
- running shoes
- casual shoes
- flip flops
- old pair or two in garage for lawn mowing

With my wife no less. And to think of it, it probably was more than that, probably about 1997. First and last concert we attended together. Something about standing out or something. Sad to say, but at that time I had no idea who he was. I was just excited about a free meal in a luxury box at the Thomas and Mack. Old habits die hard.

My law partner [I also have to add "law" lest people make troubling assumptions] divorced his wife due to her profligate spending and sexual habits. After she moved out, their two sons were cleaning out her closet and, in the attic above, found 30 pairs of new shoes still wrapped in their boxes (these were in addition to the 200+ pairs she had taken with her). These weren't Costco specials, but brands like Ferragamo, Manolo Blahnik, Jimmy Choo, etc. My partner asked her what they should do with the shoes and she said she didn't want them and they should throw them away. The area around our office has the best-shod set of female vagrants in the world.
