I think Evans is likely to put enough time into Sastre that the winning margin will be more than 8 seconds. It might be the closest in terms of time between top five or something, however.

Phil and Paul are great. That is one of the reasons I get up to watch the morning broadcast becasue they do the whole thing instead of the last 10-20 minutes in the evening. Phil is getting mreo and more forgetful, however, and he makes a boatload of mistakes that Paul typically corrects very gently, but it just isn't cycling without those two.

Just because some percentage of the board watches it tape delay no one can talk about it after it has aired live? This is weird. What is the approved time delay before discussing live events in general and cycling specifically?

Most of us have to be at work before the first broadcast ends. We TIVO it and watch it when we get home at night. Don't give spoilers until the next day (though on today's stage I agree with RC that it didn't really matter).
