A question as to what ethical and moral responsibilities corporate executives and BoD's have and how they balance that with the above would be a different discussion entirely.

This is Colly Wolly's question:

Call me a fool, but I think he was asking in part what the RESPONSIBILITIES of a corporation are, yet you, strangely, are saying that the responsibilities of a corporation are a "different discussion entirely."

So in your mind, in answering his question, to look to the moral responsibilities of a corporation is thread-jack.

And I just wasted my time writing something that should be obvious.

A corporation has no moral responsibilities. It is a legal entity. The question was answered literally.

Again, what the moral responsibilities of the PEOPLE involved is a different discussion.

and again, I would say, this is precisely the problem.

As if the ethics of the employees and owners is divorced from the corporation itself.

I put "responsibilities" in the question intentionally.

The responsibilities of a corporation include making money for shareholders within the bounds of the law, providing accurate and transparent financial reporting to investors and owners, etc.
